This TED Talk by Clay Shirky is the most elegant and potent argument against SOPA and PIPA I’ve ever seen. Everyone should watch this.

No really. This is perfect. Clay Shirky is dependably amazing, but this is so taut, elegant, and deep (“water that isn’t wet” accomplishes all of these three), I dare call it a masterstroke, and I dare lift the blacklist on my own tumblr two hours early.
